The revised Office 2007 “hides” many of the commonly
used commands behind the Orb – the office button in the
upper right hand corner of your screen. You will notice
that there is a “quick access toolbar” just to the right
of the Orb that shows save file, undo-typing and
redo-typing. You can easily add frequently used
functions hiding behind the Orb.
Left click on the Orb.
Move the cursor to the function
you want to show on the quick access bar.
Office 2007 promises the ability to save a document as a
PDF or XPS format, but it’s not in the main package.
You must go to the Microsoft.com web site and download
the program.
